Bomefers Website Redesign & Feature Expansion
Bomefers is a character-driven NFT project that allows users to interact with and customize their collectible "Bomefers." The existing website offered limited interactivity and lacked core features like trait swapping and gacha mechanics, which were central to the community's requests.
Objectives
Our scope was to redesign the Bomefers website and introduce new interactive features that the community had been requesting—trait swapping and gacha mechanics—while maintaining the playful, character-driven brand identity.

Redesign the website to better showcase the Bomefer NFT collection with improved gallery browsing and character discovery.

Create an intuitive 'Changing Room' feature where holders can swap traits between their Bomefers, enhancing collectibility.

Redesigned the landing page with playful animations and clear entry points to the gallery, changing room, and gacha machine. Showcased featured Bomefers and community highlights front and center.

Built an immersive NFT gallery with advanced filtering by traits, rarity, and ownership. Added zoom, comparison views, and trait breakdowns to help collectors discover and evaluate Bomefers.

Created an intuitive trait-swapping interface where holders can customize their Bomefers. Drag-and-drop functionality, real-time previews, and trait compatibility indicators make customization seamless.

Gacha Machine
Designed an engaging gacha experience with animated pulls, rarity reveals, and trait rewards. The playful mechanics encourage community participation and add excitement to trait acquisition.

What We Achieved
The Bomefers redesign transformed a static NFT showcase into an interactive playground for collectors. By introducing trait swapping and gacha mechanics, we gave holders new reasons to engage with their NFTs while building community excitement around customization. Our deliverables included a complete website overhaul, the Changing Room trait-swap system, an animated Gacha Machine, and an enhanced gallery experience—all designed to strengthen the Bomefers brand and holder engagement.
